Increasing business activities call for considerably more space for administration. Construction of an administrative building in the Free Zone especially for the Dafza Administration is now required. Together with Al Hashemi, a renowned consultant in Dubai who has developed many buildings for Dafza, Kieferle & Partner was invited to compete against a select group of companies. On the one hand, the shape and orientation of the building depend on the location and characteristics of the plot and on the aircraft theme on the other. A roof resembling the wing of an aircraft and a dynamic shape were selected.
